WSX 03 (60°C/71°C/82°C)

The irreversible temperature indicator reaWash standard / 00A.WSX.03 has been specifically developed for strict temperature monitoring in industrial dishwashers, washing systems, and applications with critical hygiene requirements. Equipped with three precisely defined measuring points at 60 °C, 71 °C, and 82 °C, this indicator enables secure and irreversible documentation of temperature peaks, directly on the monitored object surface.

The self-adhesive indicators are made of a paper base with a plastic protective film. They are dishwasher-safe, resistant to water, oils, greases, and many solvents, and adhere reliably even under mechanical stress.

Once one of the defined target temperatures is reached, the corresponding measuring point reacts within 1–2 seconds with a permanent colour change from white to black. This change is irreversible and remains visible even after cooling, making it ideal for subsequent visual inspections, documentation, and long-term monitoring.

The compact size of 18 × 50 mm allows use even on limited surfaces. Each label also includes a field for manual writing and a QR code for future digital functionalities such as integration into apps or automatic temperature logging.

The temperature indicators are supplied on sheets of 10 labels and, when stored in a cool and dry place, remain operational over long periods.
