Our reaWash standard indicators have been developed to meet the ever-increasing requirements of industrial dishwashing machines, industrial parts cleaning and hygiene monitoring in the medical sector. Various studies have shown that reaching the specified temperatures is crucial for the effective elimination of germs such as viruses, bacteria and fungi.

Temperature measuring label in use:
Our temperature measuring label are supplied on sheets of 10 indicators. Each label is equipped with 3 measuring points which monitor the required temperatures. They are very easy to apply, e.g. in the dishwasher and have very high adhesion even under heavy external loads.
As soon as the specified temperature is exceeded, the temperature measuring point will change color within 1 to 2 seconds.
The color change is irreversible. Once the temperature is exceeded, the temperature measuring points do not change back to the original color, even if the temperature drops again. Critical
temperature fluctuations will be indicated even after a long period of time, e.g. during storage and transportation.
Sonstiges
A dishwasher, for example, runs its program at a temperature of around 60 °C to ensure that the water temperature is high enough to dissolve and activate the detergent while removing all food residues and grease. During the rinse phase, the water is heated to approx. 82 °C to ensure that all germs are removed.
